Junior Counselors Ages 9-12
A Junior Counselor is a leadership role designed for older campers, ages 9-12, who want to take on additional responsibilities while still enjoying the fun of camp. Junior Counselors assist camp leaders with younger campers, help facilitate activities, and serve as positive role models. This is a great opportunity for them to develop leadership skills, build confidence, and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. While Junior Counselors participate in many of the same activities as campers, they also take on small mentoring and assisting roles, fostering teamwork and responsibility.
